I’m a Business Coach based in Squamish, BC serving small businesses across the Sea-to-Sky and Lower Mainland, with a focus on working with owners of businesses in the trades.
I’ve been a Business Analyst and Management Consultant for the better part of the last decade, primarily working for large corporations, and started Business Coaching with friends in 2025, helping to launch two businesses; an automotive mechanic and a creative services business.
When I coach clients I get to know them and their business through one-on-one sessions either online or in-person.
I’ve built coaching programs that guide business owners through critical elements of any business: Strategy, Planning, and Systems.
Recognising that businesses are at various stages we assess where their business is at across various parts of their business and either; Build, Measure, or Optimise that part of the business within the framework of their coaching program.
Primarily, I am here to help build the capability and confidence of small business owners so they can run their business better, and to continue to contribute positively to the amazing Sea-to-Sky community.
